Contract: 6 months
Location: Hybrid – Dublin City Centre
Daily Rate: Market Rate

As an Azure Solution Architect, you will design cloud solutions and define the technical direction across client projects.

Role Overview

• Design Azure-based solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.

• Define cloud and technology roadmaps for clients and delivery teams.

• Lead end-to-end technical design, governance, and delivery.

• Develop migration, implementation, and deployment plans.

• Produce architectural blueprints covering functional and non-functional needs.

• Mentor team members and support capability development.

• Contribute to sales and presales activities, including solution shaping and estimation.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance support for technical staff.

Requirements

• Strong experience in software and cloud architecture.

• Broad technical knowledge across applications, data, infrastructure, and security.

• Deep experience with Microsoft Azure services and architectures (App Services, AKS, Functions, Storage, SQL/NoSQL, ARM/Bicep/Terraform, etc.).

• Experience with React or Angular, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Expertise in integration patterns (API-led, event streaming) and Java/.NET frameworks.

• Solid understanding of cloud adoption frameworks, security best practices, and operational models.

• Strong stakeholder management and experience producing solution proposals.

• Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, TOGAF, etc.).
